We process and our send items out Monday to Friday, exception is Bank Holidays. Our main nominated delivery courier is Yodel who collect from us daily. The exception to this is for small letter items such as laces, these still deliver via Roya Mail.
We are currently using their barcode delivery system for all items we send. This is similar to their full tracking, the main difference is they only scan at the arrival. All items are fully insured in the unlikely event of a lost in transit consignment
FREE DELIVERY is provided on all our footwear we sell. Whether your buying one pair or several.
We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days however during busy periods can take a little longer. Please allow 7 working days maximum. We are not liable for any incorrect delivery address details provided on the order. Please double check your order confirmation, and if any errors let us know straight away.
